Including third-party service agencies, law firms, accounting firms, securities firms, as well as early venture capital institutions, venture capital institutions, private equity investment institutions and new investment banks.

2018 is called the capital winter, and we call the venture capital institutions that accompany start-up companies through the winter "the third hand". According to 36 kryptons research and platform data, we comprehensively scored venture capital institutions from the dimensions of number of investment projects, investment amount, project participation, number of star projects, etc., and selected the list of the most influential venture capital institutions in 2018.

TOP10, the most influential private equity institution, invested 417 projects in the first 10 months of 2018, with a total investment of 184.8 billion billion yuan. The top three industries with the largest number of investments were automotive transportation 11.27, healthcare 8.63, and TMT6.47 percent.

TOP10, the most influential venture capital institution, invested 548 projects in the first 10 months of 2018, with a total investment of 70.602 billion billion yuan. The top five sectors with the most investment were consumer (21.11 per cent), healthcare (17.01 per cent), entertainment (10.26 per cent), fintech (8.50 per cent) and corporate services (7.33 per cent). In terms of the number of institutional investments, IDG Capital, Junlian Ventures and Jingwei Ventures ranked in the top three. In terms of amount, IDG Capital, Qiming Venture Capital, Shunwei Capital ranked in the top three. In terms of IPOs, IDG Capital has 17 IPOs, Sequoia Capital China Fund 14, Junlian Capital 9, Shunwei Capital 9, Morningside Capital 6.

Through these lists, we present the driving force behind listed and unlisted startups. Because of their participation, we believe that the cycle is inevitable and the winter will always pass.
