As the main body of the strategic signing, the designer received a joint investment of up to 13 billion yuan from investment institutions such as Alibaba, Taikang Group, Jiahua Weiye Capital and Yunfeng Fund, which was the first major strategic financing cooperation of 10 billion yuan in 2018. Among them, Jiahua Weiye Capital, as one of the leading investors, injected capital into the 1.45 billion.

On November 17, Incredible Home Shandong Huangdao Central Store, Hunan Wugang Project and Hunan Jianghua Project were successfully signed, with 502 stores signed, officially breaking the 500 mark!

From November 17 to 18, Incredible Home opened seven stores in a row for two days. The second store in Qingdao New District in Shandong Province, Ruiming Wanjia Store in Kuitun in Xinjiang, Tianyi Store in Ankang in Shaanxi Province, Xinbai Store in Ningxiang, Ningxia Zhejiang Merchants International Store, Nanguang Road Store in Jinzhou, Liaoning Province, and Jindi Home Store in Hunchun, Jilin Province, officially opened with 273 stores. In August 1999, Incredible Home Company was established, and the countrys first store, Beijing Beisihuan Store, opened to welcome guests.

In August 2003, Beijing Shilihe Store occupied the third ring road.

In October 2015, Guizhou Huairen Store, the 207th store of Incredible Home, successfully signed a contract. In July 2017, Huludao Xingcheng Store successfully signed a contract, and Incredible Home completed the layout of 300 Store. In May 2018, Shenyang Ceramic World Store successfully signed a contract, and Incredible Home completed the layout of 400 stores nationwide. On November 17, 2018, the number of stores signed by Incredible Home exceeded the 500 mark!
