Date: 2020-01-31 Views:

The novel coronavirus outbreak has affected the entire nation, and the situation in Hubei, the hardest-hit province, continues to weigh heavily on people’s hearts.

As an investment fund deeply rooted in China’s major consumption sectors—including daily necessities, food and beverage, housing, transportation, healthcare, education, entertainment, and wellness—Harvest Capital is deeply concerned about the public during this critical time. We have actively responded by donating RMB 1 million in relief funds and contributing an additional RMB 500,000 to the Dongrun Foundation, earmarked for the affected areas. To date, Harvest Capital’s total donations have reached RMB 1.5 million.

Furthermore, Harvest Capital has actively encouraged and collaborated with our portfolio companies—the Harvest Family—to contribute through donations. The second wave of assistance is currently underway. As of now, Harvest Capital and our Family companies have collectively donated over RMB 260 million in cash to the affected regions, along with substantial quantities of medical supplies, food and beverages, meal services, and insurance coverage.

A shared commitment warms this harsh winter. Through this effort, Harvest Capital and our Family companies extend our deepest respect to all frontline heroes battling the outbreak in the affected areas. The second wave of donations is ongoing and will be updated continuously.
