Date: 2023-10-19 Views:

Recently, Harvest Capital's Beijing office has moved to a new location!

The new office is still located in the Golden Land Center, where we have been operating for the past 11 years. In this move, we remain on the same floor but with a better orientation, broader views, and upgraded surroundings.

Each independent office and meeting room are meticulously designed, providing a pleasant working environment with ample sunlight, offering a panoramic view of Jianguo Road and Dawang Road. The new office space is three times larger than the previous one, providing a more spacious setting. The interior design is courtesy of our invested enterprise "Ye Zhi Feng," aiming to create a better working environment for everyone.

With panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows, we can witness the hustle and bustle of Beijing's busy streets. In the morning, bask in the bright sunshine, and at night, experience the vibrant neon lights, capturing the ceaseless vitality of Beijing. In sync with Chang'an Street's pulse, resonating with excellent Chinese enterprises.

1、Beijing, where Harvest Capital's dream began

Beijing holds a special significance for Harvest Capital. In 2007, we started our journey from Beijing, from a one-person startup to a team of nearly forty people today. With diligent dedication, a proactive spirit, continuous self-improvement, and a commitment to professionalism, our team has achieved remarkable results in the industry, managing assets totaling nearly CNY 30 billion.

Since its inception, Harvest Capital has focused on investing in essential, high-frequency, and livelihood-related products and services that create consumer benefits and surplus. We aim to have a positive impact on people's lives and contribute to the development of China's consumer and service industry infrastructure.

Vibrant national brands such as Jinmailang, Dongpeng, Qiaqia, Jiajia, Laiyifen, Xiaoguancha, Aimu, Babifood , Laoxiangji, Xiaocaiyuan, Taikang, Meitu, Meituan, Didi, etc., have become our proud achievements, serving the people's quality of life.

Although this new office is just a move to a different direction, it marks a significant milestone in Harvest Capital's development. In the vast landscape of China where we are positioned, and in the Chinese consumer service track that we are optimistic about, we need to be fully prepared, discover, and create. This is a journey of glory and dreams.

2、Ultimate pursuit of post-investment empowerment

For the past 16 years, Harvest Capital has consistently benchmarked against the world's best and invested in local industry leaders. The ultimate pursuit of post-investment empowerment has been engraved in Harvest's genes since day one.

After investing in a company, we see ourselves as a variable, a growth factor, integrated into the development model of the enterprise. We become partners in the business journey, the second employee, champions' super trainers, and long-term collaborators.

We believe time is the scale of enterprise value, and profit is just a by-product of doing things right. We adhere to investment in goodness, emphasizing the value of altruistic empowerment in investments. Choosing good business partners and injecting our hearts into the collaboration.

Treating investment as an industry, we believe that better industrial understanding, deeper consumer insights, stronger scientific operational management capabilities, down-to-earth post-investment empowerment, and value creation capabilities are key to achieving super alpha.

At the same time, we possess profound macroeconomic research and control capabilities, understanding cycles professionally to capture the beta dividends of the times. Growing together with clients is the key to our achievements.

3、Becoming a leading consumer service fund in Asia and even globally

Our team is distributed across three offices: Beijing Golden Land Center, Shanghai Bund Financial Center, and Hong Kong International Financial Center. Currently, the Singapore office is actively under preparation. Aligning with international standards and learning from the world's best enterprises.

Harvest Capital's offices are located in Beijing, Shanghai, and Hong Kong.

Our future goal is to become a leading professional consumer service fund in Asia and even globally.

We take pride in our dedication to the cause of investment. By investing in outstanding and socially responsible enterprises, providing them with capital and services, we encourage their growth. Increasing social wealth, improving employee benefits, enabling companies to offer better products and services to a wider customer base, providing better-quality stocks for shareholders, contributing more taxes to society, and setting an example for more companies. This way, we can achieve better development, realizing the values of benefiting oneself, benefiting others, achieving beauty, and pursuing a harmonious world.

Entering the human world, empowering people's lives. Supporting Chinese consumption, promoting private economy.

With the expansion of our business, our teams in Beijing, Shanghai, and Hong Kong hope to attract more outstanding partners. The relocation of the Beijing office signifies a new chapter in Harvest Capital's development, and we will adhere to the principles of investing in people with capital and guiding them with sincere hearts, creating greater value for society.
